Volkov Sergey Vasilievich. 1906-1994. Ivanovo Born and grew up in the rural area. Disabled soldier. Started to paint at the age of 60, when retired. In most of his pictures Volkov shows the vanished village Svyatovitsy, his native land, reminiscences of war and solitary senility.
