Ertuganov Shamil’ Seddekovich. B.1932. Moscow

Tatar, born in Moscow in the workers’ family. After secondary school worked as an electrician, in the late years - as a cargo-man in the shop. Liked to draw from childhood, but permanently busy in painting only from 1973, when he applied for instruction at PUAC. The themes of the most of Ertuganov’s paintings are views of Moscow squares and parks, which acquire the character of an ideal world in his canvases.
