One of the versions of the painting with the same title by unknown artist of the late XVIII century, now in SRM. Depicted is a big festive meal in the bride’s house (the bride is sitting at the high table on the right) during one of the old customs of «pre-wedding» - a bride-show or a girls’ party - in the town of Toropets, Pskov province.
