The collector had great interest for Ancient East culture. In his enormous collection there are pieces representing religions and households of China, Japan, India, Front Asia, the Mediterranean countries.
The fate of his eastern collection is tragic!

The number of items was 440: several hundreds of statuettes of gods made of copper, bronze, silver, stone, wood; pieces of household and armory from Japan, China, India, Persia, Siam. Over 7.000 eastern coins were moved to the Russian Museum in Leningrad.
