COLLECTIONS OF DOCUMENTARY, PHONO- AND PHOTOMATERIALS

Collections of documentary, phono- and photomaterials consist of daguerreotypes, photographs, negatives, documentary and phonodocuments (about 14.000 of them).
The collection reflects the history of our area since 1840:
- 125 years of Ivanovo-Voznesensk history, household and culture;
- revolutionary events of 1905,
- the civil war,
- basic events during Soviet years.
Pictures collection amounts about 6.000 reproductive and illustrative postcards of late19th – early 20th cent., also postcards of Soviet period.
