Russian diplomat

In 1803-1804 he was the Russian charge d'affaires in France. On August 28, 1804 he handed the note about the breakup of the relations to the French Foreign Ministry and went away from Paris on September 20, 1804. From May 2 till June 9, 1806 he has been in Paris with the special mission.

In 1823-1824 he has been envoy in Netherlands and simultaneously headed the Russian ministry of Foreign Affaires. In 1824-1835 Ubri was envoy in Spain, 1835-1847 - envoy in the German Union.
